Framework Free Viewer uses the GraphicEx image library under the terms of the Mozilla Public License 1.1 (MPL 1.1) .

A single modification to the original code has been made in order to allow the GraphicEx image library to compile in Delphi 2009. The modification on line  369 is available for download in the file GraphicEx.pas .
